HOW TO ORDER TICKETS FOR ONE OF THE STAFF ASSOCIATION'S EVENTS
When you order tickets
- Only put the number of products in the basket that you are allowed to order.
- If you order more than the Staff Association allows, your order will be cancelled.
- You can pay with Mobilepay or credit card.
How to order tickets for one of the Staff Association's events
Step 1:
Find the arrangement you would like to buy.
Step 2:
Put the number in the basket that you want, and that is allowed.
Step 3:
Press the basket.
Step 4:
Press the orange "next" button. (Note that "for collection" + "collection dates" are NOT relevant to your order.
Step 5:
Fill in your order details. Which is your full name, e-mail, telephone number and your address as well as salary/employee no. Then you press next again.
Step 6:
After that, you get an overview of what you want to buy and the information you have provided. Then you press the "buy" button.
Step 7:
Then you have to choose a payment method. And enter payment information.
Step 8:
If the purchase is approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please note that you do not get your tickets immediately. Information about when you get them, is included in the advertisement of the event you have purchased.
Delete your order:
Step 1:
You must first log in to your account. After that, open under the item "My account", the one called "sales order".
Step 2:
You open the order you want to delete.
Step 3:
Then you have to press the red box where it says "delete this order" and it will also say "are you sure" so you also press it.
Step 4:
Then refresh the page to make sure it has been deleted. If it is not on the sales order, it is deleted. You will also receive an email stating that the order has been cancelled.
Changes to existing orders:
Step 1:
You must first log in to your account. After that, you press on the "My account" boxs, and then the one called "sales orders".
Step 2:
You open the order you want to reorder. Then press the blue box where it says reorder.
Step 3:
Then the same order appears. Then you correct the number of tickets. Or delete those you no longer want, if you have more than one arrangement under the same order. You then proceed with the purchase, as you would with a completely normal purchase.
Step 4:
When you have reordered, you will find the old order under "sales order".
Step 5:
Now the old order must be deleted. You do this by pressing the red box where it says "delete this order" it will also say "are you sure" then you also press that.
Step 6:
Then refresh the page to make sure it has been deleted. If it is not on the sales order, it is deleted. You will also receive an email stating that the order has been cancelled.
Note that the reservation of the money, from the previous order you have deleted will disappear. So no money will be deducted from the previous order.
